"The Delaware Near Prallsville Mills"

Yesterday I painted along the Delaware River near
Prallsville Mills.  It is a beautiful and scenic section of
the river where there are small islands of river rock and
vegetation.

  4. Lori how beautiful!!! This painting draws me right in.
I painted a similar one of the Mississippi River in July of 2009. I'll post it right away so you can see how alike they are :)

  11. Hi again Lori!... What a shimmeringly delightful Spring piece this gem is!

Your clever use of the current drifts one's eye right where "You" wanted it to go! A nice control of the multiple spring greens as well!

    A wonderful eye-pleaser!

    Good Painting!
    Warm regards,
    Bruce

  12. Bruce, Thank you! There was a interesting confluence of water here running from the mill to the river. Aren't the green wonderful this time of year? If only they would last...
