"Mill St Stockton"

8"x10" Oil on Linen

Late fall on Mill Street in the tiny borough of Stockton NJ. This is in the area that the Pennsylvania Impressionists lived in and painted along the Delaware River.  The area is rich with Revolutionary war history and art.  Much of it remains as it was a century ago.

  3. Looks like so many streets in my humble Garden State of New Jersey. You are 'our' artist.

  4. Thanks everyone! I'm working on several more scenes from Stockton. Dave - not the New Jersey that the rest of the country sees.

  5. I can feel the 50's in this neighborhood and it take me back. Duper light and shadow throughout the street.
